Kumawood Veteran, Kwaku Twumasi Allegedly Defrauds Taabea CEO Kwaku Twumasi

The Chief Executive Officer of Taabea Group of Companies, operators of Trust Television in Kumasi Mr. Christian Agyemang is reported to have been defrauded by his two employees.

According to our independent report the two employees attempted to defraud the CEO through a dubious means.

Mr. Kwaku Twumasi the Administrator of Trust Television, a private TV station in Kumasi, and his accomplice Benny have been  sacked from the company, in connection with their attempt to defraud the owner of Trust Television in Kumasi.

Mr. Kwaku Twumasi who is also a film producer and his accomplice, Benny who is a DOP at the said station, connived to defraud the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the TV station.

The two attempted to defraud the CEO with the aim of selling a TV program to the station.

The two agreed to blackmail the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Taabea Group of Companies, Dr. Christian Agyemang. Sources close to us indicate that the administrator Kwaku Twumasi conspired with the TV director Benny to sell a new program proposal to the station, and use it to demand GH¢30,000 from the CEO.

Our sources revealed that, Benny connived with the designer of the proposal and handed them over to Kwaku Twumasi who also gave them to the General Manager Daniel Yeboah, for appraisal but unfortunately the designer of the said proposal have already had a discussion with the CEO before meeting Benny and Kwaku Twumasi at the station.

Our information indicates that the two were unaware of the earlier discussion the designer had with Dr. Chris Agyemang that resulted to their untimely dismissal from their respective positions.
