Ghana midfielder, Alfred Duncan has extended his contract at US Sassuolo to 2022.
Despite growing interest from Spanish side, Valencia and former parent club, Inter Milan, the 25-year-old pledged his allegiance to the Serie A side with a fresh deal to keep him at the Club until 2022.
The energetic midfielder proved to be an important figure for Sassoulo after joining the Club three seasons ago from Sampdoria.
Having initially spent time on loan at the club, the former Ghana U20 star was signed on a permanent deal after an impressive spell.
He will now stay put at the Club with his new contract.
The Ghanaian international was on target when Sassuolo drew 3-3 with Fiorentina over the weekend.
