A man in Kumasi is currently trending in the country after he climbed a high tension electricity pole and refused to come down until he receives money from the incoming President.

The man, believed to be in his 40’s and identified as one Amoako – is adamant that unless he receives an amount of money from Nana Akufo-Addo, he is not coming down from his perch.

His actions have reportedly caused a blackout in the community  – Kenyase Atimrom in the Ashanti Region – as power officials have disconnected their supply.
