Gareth Bale's representatives are holding talks with Beyonce over the American artist performing at the Welshman's wedding next year.

The Sun suggest Bale and his long-term partner Emma Rhys-Jones are keen on the 'Halo' hitmaker entertaining their guests after tying the knot.

Bale, 28, is expected to wed the mother of his two daughters next Spring after moving the date due to her father's imprisonment for fraud in the US.

Now they are relying on Beyonce being free when they decide to host a party in Italy.

A family source told The Sun: 'The Bales' people are speaking to Beyonce's people to see if they can set it up.'

Beyonce is said to command a staggering £1.5million for private appearances but £300,000-a-week Bale appears to be keen on entering negotiations.

As well as holding a bash in Italy, Bale will also host a party in his native Wales.

Bale, who continues to be linked with a move back to the Premier League with Manchester United keen, lives in Madrid with his childhood sweetheart and their two daughters Alba Violet, five, and Nava Valentina, one.
